The heat exchange between working fluids actually uses the temperature difference between the two working fluids. Because of the existence of the temperature difference, high temperature objects will generate heat like low temperature objects. The larger the temperature difference between the two, the faster the heat transfer rate; the heat transfer between working fluids actually uses the temperature difference between the two working fluids. Due to the temperature difference, high temperature objects transfer heat to low temperature objects. The greater the temperature difference between the two, the faster the heat transfer rate.
At present, the high-temperature thermal materials we know mainly include high-temperature heat medium, high-temperature heat transfer oil, high-temperature steam, high-temperature water and other high-temperature liquids that are heated to a relatively high temperature by a boiler and then transported to the on-site heat exchanger through pipes.
At present, the most common cold medium we use is air. In the production process, we often need to heat the air. The process of achieving air drying, such as textile drying, drying room material drying, drying room aging environment temperature rise, chemical industry, petrochemical, electronics and other industries, paint setting and so on, all need heating air to achieve.
There is a heat exchanger between two different cold and hot working fluids. Due to the heat transfer characteristics of the heat exchanger, it is necessary to achieve the heat transfer from the heat medium to the low temperature working fluid. Good heat exchange efficiency, the design of the heat exchanger is essential, and a good heat exchanger can realize the process.
