Then close the low temperature brine inlet and outlet valves of the defrost brine coil to prepare the condenser for defrosting.
After officially entering the defrost phase, open the defrost hot salt water and hot salt water defrost discharge valves of the salt water coil, and start the hot salt water circulation pump to perform the hot salt defrost. Once the frost layer on the outside of the brine coil is found to be melted, the defrost hot brine valve can be closed. Then, after the hot brine in the brine coil is pumped out by the hot brine circulation pump, the pump can be stopped and the hot brine can be turned off. Recirculation valve.
So far, it has not been completed. You also need to open the low temperature brine outlet valve and start the low temperature brine circulation pump. Then open the cryogenic brine inlet valve to restore normal operation of the tubular condenser. The first is the heating temperature of the brine, which should be controlled at about 20 ° C, not too high, otherwise the temperature of the tubular condenser will rise after defrosting. For condensers with a blower cooling system, the fan must be switched off during defrosting; in order to be able to discharge ice water after defrosting, a water pan can be placed under the brine coil.
